I am 22 years old and 6 foot 5 in height. The most i ever weighed myself was at 440(at the age of 20) pounds, i am now 265 and plan on losing about 15 pounds more. I have asked many people for opinions, and the 2 that i get are either:
1. Body Lift
2. Work out, since i am young the skin will tighten again.
Basically what i am asking is which of these options are most accurate. The way i lost weight was basically diet hard for weeks at a time, then take a break for a few weeks / months while maintaining the same weight i stopped at, averaging about a pound of loss per day i would diet. Will my skin tighten again through working out oris plastic surgery my onlyoption? The most skin that i see at the moment are in my outter and inner thighs, and torso (chest and abdomen region) There is not much on my arms when i extend it out, but very noticable when i pull the skin down.

Yes, I really just want the answers to this. Don't feel like im cheating, because this would be my third time doing this.
I suspect what's giving you the p[roblem is that these are third declension nouns - but bonus bona bonum is a first declension adjective; however that doesn't matter, you just go for the endings by cases. So write down your third deeclension nouns - the adjective endings have to match the cases, such as genitive with genitive - BUT they are first declenion endings, because bonus is first declension. Just have to get your head round it. Here we go:

I think it helps if you write one lot eg the 3rd dec noun, down in a line, cover i up, and write the first dec adj opposite. So that the cases are opposite each other. Hope that helps
