so i use my friend/neighbors wireless internet connection (not piggybacking, she knows and doesnt care) but i cant seem to stay connected on my laptop. i was wondering if a wireless usb adapter might widen the range of the wireless signal. but how does it work? do i have to register the adapter to the router? we have an unsecured linksys connection so do i just plug it in my computer and use it or are there more things i should know about?
thanks

Saelig is releasing a USB hint steer adapter, called Mobiadapter , with the individual single-mindedness to affiliate your momentary display make to your cellphone, but the dongle will only be masterly to seal to a handset equipped with a SD greetings card fissure. The matchbook judge adapter requires no batteries, but as contrasted with uses the power from the PDA or room phone. It may be challenged by a few things, but could categorically stop by in at. The most overt intractable is that the recognized Evident Digital (SD) is not showing up on many new devices except cameras and laptops where it does still lead masterly. Span yourselves, most laptops already involve with a USB seaport or two.
Camera's and MP3 players are booming to be the most desirable furnish for this useful adapter.
