Okay, so i live in a 2 story house, the fiber optics line is down stairs in my fathers office, my desktop is upstairs and im gaming on it alot. so ive been using the linksys wireless G network adapter, and the wireless G router/modem verizon gave to us when we upgraded. Ive been playing battelfield bad company 2 and its been laggy. So ive decided to go with Wireless N.
my question is how much money do i need to spend to get great wireless in my home. I was thinking of getting this

the router is of course a beast and pretty much the best available. or should i go for something less. my pc is the only gaming rig. i have a laptop, iphone and surfing desktop that use the internet too. so i dont wanna over spend and overkill my funds, but i do want the best gaming experience possible, will a 100 or less dollar router do just as well? or should i go with this one?
I have a Belkin G Wireless Router, and the only way I can get it to give off signal, is if I unplug the routers power, and wait a minute, and it'll give off signal for like, 3 minutes. I have the little modem, connected to the router. I am not sure what else I can do, as I have already tried many things that might get it to maintain giving off signal. Last summer it gave off signal 24/7. And now it just won't keep giving off signal. I want to "reset" it or whatever, but there is no reset button. Any other methods, or something else I should try to have it give off a signal.

So heres my problem
I just got a wireless router today. Its a NetGear and my modem is from Comcast
I hooked everything up and wireless says it has Excellent signal strength
But when I try to browse the internet I get Cannot Display Webpage I tried on my PS3 and it can't connect. I tried reseting it both modem and router. When the computer is connected by a cable it connects fine (thats how I'm on now) I have windows configure my wireless network settings. My computer is a IBM laptop refurbished and it can connect to other computers WiFi. I connect using a 11a/b/g Wireless Lan Mini PCI Adapter. What can I do to get WiFi to work? If I missed something just tell me I will update this question. Please be detailed about your responses.
