if it meets your needs

Thats a bit expensive for what you're getting. I would not buy it.

It is good if you are a professional gamer. However, if you are not going to play new games with high graphics, I do not recommend you to buy it.

If you want to get a system faster than the fastest available today from regular manufactures, I suggest this site:

http://www.liquidnitrogenoverclocking.co m/shop_systems_fastest.shtml#page_top

They have 4.5 GHz Intel Core i7-920s for sale with up to 12 GB RAM.

That would be an "unbeatable" configuration!

No, you should NOT buy that PC for $2000. I'd quibble at half of that.

The AMD processor is good for a decent mid-range gaming system, but not one that runs $2K. Same for a pair of 9500GTs in Crossfire - you'd do far better to get a single, much faster card.

For $2K, I'd be expecting an Intel Core i7-930 with a Radeon HD 5850 or better.

Ok, where should I begin?

#1 - Don't trust this manufacturer because they list things that are included on all motherboards as "features" like on-board sound, USB ports and Gigabit LAN
#2 - Why the hell would you want 2 nVidia GeForce 9500 GTs?
#3 - Liquid Cooling is a complete waste of money because all you need is a case that has really good fans. Besides, this system doesn't put out NEARLY enough heat to warrant it.

Total (including newegg shipping to the continental USA) - $1539. You also have $65 in mail-in-rebates to collect so it's really $1474. Tell me, does that $2000 price you were looking at include shipping?

Now, it's not only cheaper, it's better. There are a lot of things I have upgraded over the system you were looking at:

I changed the CPU from a 955BE to a 965BE to increase processor speed by 200MHz.
I've upgraded the RAM from DDR2-800MHz to DDR3-1333MHz giving a huge boost in performance
The Monitor is an extra 1" bigger and has a resolution of 1920 x 1200 for more gaming screen area.
I've included an HDMI cable to take advantage of the HD sound built into the video cards and to simplify setup.

I've changed the DVD-ROM and DVD Burner to 2 DVD Burners and I added Lightscribe to them.
I improved the wireless card from G to N with a maximum speed of 300Mbps instead of 54Mbps and also much improved (like double) range.

The Case is a Cooler Master HAF (High Air Flow) series which eliminates the need for liquid cooling. (Which can be dangerous if it leaks, and one day it will leak. They all do when they get old.) The Cooler Master HAF series is LEGENDARY among gamers.

Xtremegear is a cheap-name power supply that sounds good but is only $36 to buy (YIKES!):
www.buyxg.com/store/item.aspx?id=3588&catid=142
That thing is totally outclassed by the OCZ ModXStream 600W (which is all you need anyway)

Now the BIGGEST and by far the BEST improvement I made over that system you were looking at is the Video Cards. The ATi Radeon HD 5770 is almost as powerful as the nVidia GeForce GTX 260 and the ATi Radeon HD 4870. You have TWO of these. By comparison the nVidia GeForce 9500 GT is old, outdated and only supports DirectX10. According to Passmark's 3DMark test, the Radeon HD 5770 is more than QUADRUPLE the power of the 9500 GT. I have increased your gaming power by a factor of 4 with the video cards alone, nevermind the increased CPU and RAM speed. Here's how they stack up:

how to make a see through/transparent keyboard?

i want to make a keyboard for my pc that's transparent like the keypad of the lg crystal phone. i want it to be just sheer plastic or glass that's maybe touchscreen or fibre optics etc with maybe a bar at the top or side to hold the hardware. it would also be a bonus if it was wireless. i know its possible but i don't know how to do it. anybody know of any instructions or could tell me how to make it? thanks in advance

Can you use a PS3 bluetooth keypad for a phone, or a PC with bluetooth?

Just wondering, so i could use it as a wireless keyboard for my pc.

can i use a standard usb mouse on an aluminum apple wireless keyboard?

i feel silly asking but i'm having no luck finding a direct answer to my simple question anywhere else.
all the websites won't tell me; they instead want to sell me the latest and greatest wireless mouse. but i like what i already have.
i'm asking if the wireless keyboard has a usb port on it. doesn't show in any of the online pictures.

What do you think of this PC for gaming?

It is a desktop, and I am a Sims 3 player. I want something fast that I can play on high settings. I am also big into Photography and it is not out of the norm for me to have a few thousand pictures on my PC.

Here are the specs. Thanks!

How to fix "extended network" on Verizon?

I just fixed my old LG Voyager. I had to disasemble the phone to replace the inside keyboard holder and the back cover. I put it all back together and now all I get is "extended network" with a 1X and no bars. Before I'd get the whole "Verizon Wireless" and have a couple 1X and EV bars. Please help, I don't know what to do.

OhGizmo! » Archive » Rii Mini Wireless Keyboard

By Andrew Liszewski

Last year we had a short hands on with wireless keyboard epigrammatic Unisen's Machinery & touchpad, and even if it served his availability and we already had the desire to move to that knockout cheap Brando . Mini wireless keyboard Rii resembles an array of less-mobile, but is designed for a knob Windows or Linux PC via a wireless 2.4 GHz RF reference with a suitable cross from 30 yards.

All keys are backlit, making it extremely useful in a darkened theater Retirement Community, and the rechargeable lithium-ion battery has a standby continuously from about 500 to 700 hours, but there is no reference to how it will last long with continuous use. The touchpad same shape allows it to be tolerant to assimilation, a flat or vertical, but there is also a bantam 4-way directional pad tenable that most double your arrow keys to type. And if you use it in a profession or territory responsibility to compose a slide show, there's even a built-in laser pointer which is a set with everything for Machin. Now the $ 92.00 tag sacrifice Brando is a bit strong, so I think a lot of people who might be interested in the keyboard will hold off until someone posts a look over to confirm it works as claimed....
