my car radio has no aux input in my 06 mustang..?

well today i bought a belkin melody base to be able play my ipod in my 06 mustang.. and to be able to do this you have to Connect the ipod to the wireless through a headphone type jack.. its a shaker500.. that came stock with the car. Im getting aggravated with this now, does anyone mabe distinguish about wireless syncing or something?? or mabe can i change the radio deck thing out? I know nothing about cars.. sorry .

because I am nauseated to death of having crap in my ears, earphones are basically useless and fall out easily and see uncomfortable. So are they wireless headphones that can connect to a phone and play music..?

bluetooth headphones?

i got the dr-bt22 bluetooth headphones for my ipod. and i cant cut out how to connect it to my ipod. my dad connected it awhile ago, but just recently it would never connect to the ipod... soooo i erased the headset from my ipod and wanted to resync it to my ipod but i cant shape out how to even but the headset onto the ipod, then connect it so i can listen to music. i dropped it once so normal headphones dont work, thats why i got wireless. i be aware this sounds confusing. im kinda technology challenged so if anyone could help me.. thatd be great! thanks!
