I have a TrendNet wireless router for wireless internet. I play the Nintendo DS, and I searched for it for wifi connection. It didn't show up, and when it did, it asked for a WEP code. I use a WPA code. Also: it's put on private now (so you can't find it even if you try to search for a connection) so that our internet cannot be hacked into.
I went to Best Buy to get myself a Nintendo wifi USB connector, hoping this will help me get myself wifi. The person there told me that if I have a router, I don't need the USB connector and that I should manually set up the wifi connection. He also told me that there should be a WEP code under the router.
When I got home, I checked under my wireless router, and it's not there.
Does anyone else use a TrendNet wireless router and know how I can find it??
(PS: I use WPA, not WEP; if you didn't read ><;; ..)
I hope this was somewhat specific :/
1) The DS only supports WEP. It won't work with WPA unless you're specifically using DSiWare games.
2) Simply hiding your SSID broadcast doesn't mean your network cannot be seen.

I have this Dell which is sat in a drawer, not being used due to broken SSD. I use a Vodafone wireless dongle which only works in one part of the house due to signal issues. My Idea is to rig up the Mini 9 to boot maybe XP(preferably) or Ubuntu from a 4gb usb stick then script it to connect to Vodafone and send the signal via it's own wifi card?. Is this possible has anyone else done this?, I can plug in a SD card for additional space (2gb). Any Ideas Folkes?

After answering the question above please help me by naming a mobile phone
with the following features:
FM Radio
Voice recorder(with no time limitation;not like Nokia series which just record in 1 minute periods)
Good Music(Mp3 player); One with which I can listen to music while doing other stuff on the mobile phone
Good Video player
No hanging or crashes(like Nokia series)
5mp Camera or more
Bluetooth
Document viewer(Microsoft OFFICE)
Good OS (One that can be upgraded and that supports most of applications and programs)
USB input
TV-Out
GPRS,GPS,WiFi Conectivity
and longlasting battery(350 hours or more)
If there's no mobile phone with the above mentioned features, just name a phone which has almost all of those above.
I have head of HTC HD2 being the ideal phone with the above mentioned specs. Although it hasn't all the above (e.g voice recorder with 1 minute voice recording), But with the strong OS it has(Windows 6.5)
you can install softwares which can increase the phone's abilities(e.g installing a software increasing the phones voice recording to 10 minutes). Is this HTC a good one?
And the last question:If you have such a phone in mind(like HTC HD2) that can be upgraded and improved please name it.
Thanks in advance.
