How do I connect my Nintendo DS to the Internet without buy a wireless router?

I want to connect my DS Lite to the Internet to battle etc... I have a wired internet, so I can't really... Somone told me that there are such things as WiFi USB Connectors which I can just plug into my PC and that will create an access point, but he also said that the one Nintendo makes ONLY WORK FOR XP (I have Windows 7)......Is this true? Are there ones like this that work with windows 7 that I can use to connect? Please include links, etc.... Thanks!

Can i download a wifi on my usb?

I have a ps3 and im trying to get online with it however i dnt have a wireless router. I have a wired connection to my computer but when i put it in the back of my ps3 it never gets internet connection only the ip address. I found out that theres a such thing as a usb wifi. so is there a way to download a wifi software into a normal usb drive?? or any suggestions to get the wired connection to work on my ps3

Wireless printing adapter?

I currently have a Brother HL-5140 laser printer. It does not have wireless printing so it recently has become a burden as my household has expanded to a desktop and two laptops. Is there such thing as a wireless printing adapter such as I plug the usb cord into it and I can print pages over wifi through that printer?

I'm going to be staying on a piece of land in a guest house that's about 800-1000(?) meters from the main house (yes,it's a farm) where the wireless router is. I have a dell mini10 with a piece of sh*t broadcom wireless card that didn't get a very strong signal last time I was there. Does anyone know of a USB adapter that can get this kind of distance? I don't need to pick up signals a mile away or anything. What do you use and how well does it work? And remember, this is a farm. No trees, buildings or obstructions are in the way. Thanks in advance.
Oh, and 1000 meters is only about 895 feet :)
I've researched it but I don't like to believe things I see in advertisements. I'm looking for someone who is using or has used one.

Who wants 500 wii points for free?

Hi everyone.

Nintendo is doing a promotion where if a person hasn't first connected to the Wii Shop Channel for more than 30 days, we can enter eachothers codes and get Wii points!

Now basically to first connect your Wii to the internet you have three options:

1) Wired Connection - To do this you'll need to buy a Wii Lan Adapter which can be ordered from Nintendo Australia for $40. After this you'll have to get an ethernet cord long enough to reach the Wii and link everything up and done!

2) Wireless Connection - Simple. If your wireless router is in range of the Wii, find it by going into Wii settings, then to internet then wireless connection.

3) Nintendo Wifi Usb Connector - Plug into a usb port on a computer connected to the internet and it wirelessly connects your Wii to the internet. Use same way to connect it except go into Wifi Usb Connector setting.

Once this is done your Wii will update itself. Now go into the Wii Message Board and click write a new message. Then go into the address book (Second of the three icons) and it'll tell you your 16 digit Wii number. Send this Wii number to me by email (mr_cabbage_donkey@hotmail.com) or yahoo.

Now go into the Wii Shop Channel and into Connection Ambassador Promotion. Then click the orange icon on the right (Says 'Person who was helped') and enter my Wii Number: 8514-5179-6624-7327
