i know i should move on but is there any hope?

i have a very odd relationship with this guy. he's a little crazy -- he has panic disorder. we met online and he pursued me. when i started liking him back, he admitted to having a GF so i tried to stop it right there and then. He was unhappy with her but didn't know how to end it because they'd been together 9 years and he was ill just last year with the panic attacks and didn't want any complications to shake his happy equilibrium. But we got along so well and sooner or later it got pretty intense, he'd message me at night after work and in the morning when he'd wake up as well as during the day. He filled my days with his constant sweetness. we were both so happy.
we'd skype until he fell asleep on cam! i was in love or so i thought. i kept feeling guilty about the girl but he promised to break it off sometime this year. anyway one day the girl eventually found out from his facebook messages to me about me and finally broke it off. i went crazy feeling guilty and after 3 days of silence from him, he messaged me on YM. I apologized for my part of the break-up expecting to say goodbye but he claims i woke them up and helped them out. Instead of staying away, he won me back.

She was out on holiday and moved into the spare room (yes, they lived together) and returned his ring. While she was away, the guy and i enjoyed a week of happy bliss talking on skype and almost getting back to normal. He discussed the break-up and moving on. I was content thinking everything would finally be out in the open and normal. but at the back of my mind he was different. he wasn't the fun happy dude i met a few months earlier. he was tired and sometimes aloof but still devoted skyping everyday and making me smile. Then one day he reinstates Facebook, the website that destroyed everything. And the next he puts me on limited and eventually deletes and blocks me all while reassuring me we were still good. Everyday he would reassure and then do something odd. He claims he needed to peace and didnt want the girl to cause problems in his house by spying on his every move so he just chose to remove me from FB but he still wants me around on skype and msn anyway. He sweet talked me into believing we were fine and then the next day he blows me off, claiming he needed to calm himself down and be away from the internet for a while. And yet he'd come on, not talk to me and when i would simply ask if he was good, he'd say yeah we're cool and i just need to calm down a bit, then go offline. i'd bear it. then he'd come on and talk for a bit and go off rudely and aloofly. i wondered if he was pushing me away.

Finally, after a string of emails all nice btw, just asking if we it were easier if i just left him alone for a while, i and got blocked and deleted on MSN. I wish he had the guts to just tell me what the deal really was instead of saying things are okay and then be blown off. i realize i might have pushed him away by always sending messages and im sorry i went crazy. but when youre in love you get irrational. I'm crazy about him.

What's the most FPS the human eye can take in?

I have seen it somewhere before, but can't remember. Basically, I'm looking for a cheap helmet cam, and I've found some cheap shit "spy cams" on ebay, and they say they're good for 30 FPS, I'm just wondering, is that gonna look jumpy and jittery on playback, or should that be good enough? I'm not looking for super high quality, just something good enough to get a rough video of some laps in a kart.

30 fps is plenty good enough... most movies are from 23 to 29 i think :P
Kinda depends on how different the frames are from one another though... i think you need to go up to like 100 before its quick enough for black and white flickering becomes gray :P

I don't really want my parents to be there cause theyre creepy, and it cant be in my house because then my parents set up spy cams (no joke, theyve done it before- hence the creepieness)
