Why does Windows keep getting worse every time they upgrade to a different system?

I have 2 laptops. One is Vista and one is Windows 7. Vista always had a lot of problems, but Windows 7 is horrible! I just got a second laptop for my birthday and the new one is 7, my other laptop is Vista. I got the Windows 7 one last month and it's already become slow and locks up all time! I know that sometimes we as computer users do these things that could cause computers problems, but I can't understand how this one I have that's still very new could have these issues already! You would think I had it for 3 years! What's the story with Windows?! I wish I could get a Macapple!

i have a dell laptop and when i first got it, it had dell webcam central. The one day i had to delete everything from my computer because their was something wrong with it. So now i dont have dell webcam central anymore. How can i get the dell webcam central back?

How do I know if I have bluetooth on my computer?

My laptop has a bluetooth button but when I press it it shows a bluetooth sign with a red x over it and it didn't come with any bluetooth software. It also has a bluetooth light above the keyboard (that has never lit up).

Problems With My Dell Latitude D610 Notebook Computer!!?

I got a used dell latitude D610 laptop computer for my b-day but its at least 3 years old
I noticed some problems with it and I'd appreciate any help!
-My touchpad mouse clicks to easily for some reason and I can't stand it. For example, I'd be playing Habbo and I am moving my mouse and all of a sudden it clicks, and I'm not even pressing hard!
- Another problem is that when I dont touch anything on my laptop for 5-10 seconds, the screen goes black and I have to move the mouse to go back, but it had logged me out of the computer. If I leave it for + 2 minutes it will shut down! This is really annoying. And no, it's not a screensaver, it just goes black !

I've been downloading music straight from my iTouch 64GB and somtimes from my computer. Now that I've just charged my iTouch my bro's laptop, some songs show up twice on my iTouch but when I check back on iTunes, they appear once. Can this be fixed? if so how.

Hp Pavillion dv4-1430US RAM?

When I bought this online used the seller marked it as dv4-1430US and when I scanned my computer on crucial.com it said the same thing.On the back of my laptop though it's a different model number -DV4z1000 CTO.I recently bought 2 sticks of 8GB ram.It says on amazon it is upgradeable to 8GB but is windows vista home premium able to handle 8GB's?Or the model number posted on the back.I have a 32 bit version.There isn't any product on amazon for the model stated on the back.Can't really find it anywhere.I just want to upgrade it to 8gb's.I know windows won't utilize all of it.In just the system properties it says 8GB's is installed and under msconfig and advanced properties it says this-

TOTAL PHYSICAL MEMORY 2.75GB,AVAILABLE-1.73,TOTAL VIRTUAL-5.70,AVAILABLE VIRTUAL-4.70,PAGE FILE SPACE-3.04. I previously had 3GB ram installed and worked okay but not fast enough 1GB stick and 2GB stick.All compatible and same as new ones bought.

I really don't like windows vista anyone know how much windows 7 will handle?All answers would be appreciated.Any helpful links would be good.NO I don't want you to send me a link to download BS!No rude comments or something that is totally irrelavent.
Only handle 2 GB's?I read online that windows vita home premium could handle 4.I'll have to look into windows 7 thanks!Vista worst OS EVER!
