The first supervision to figuring out an electrical problem is to make sure the battery is good. Go get a fresh battery first.
My point of view is that your battery was getting old, and when it was drained out, that pretty much ended it. If it wont take a charge now, then that can cause all kinds of laughable things to happen and make you think all kinds of problems are happening, when all it really is is just a bad battery.
Go get a new, different battery, I betcha your problem will be solved.

I went to the dealership today to look at a few cars. I came upon a 2001 Lincoln LS. It has 111234 miles. It has leather seats, cd speculator, am/fm radio and etc. The salesman told me that it was $10,999. I told him that my price range is from 5-7 grand. He told me that he can shed the price down to 7,000. My monthly note will be 222.00 dollars. Is this a steal or just another car to buy?
2001 Lincoln LS shouldn't be good more than $4,000 - $5,000 at most for the 8cyl. The 6cyl is worth anywhere between $3,000 - $4,000. This includes the leather package with 111,000 miles.
This is excellent adapt on Kelly Blue Book for this car sold privately. Don't pay anymore than that for this car.
I'd also make sure when going to a stockist that you check online as the previous answer mentioned and always check Kelly blue book for Euphemistic pre-owned cars. If you do your homework before going to the dealer you'll be certain to at least get a fair deal. Good luck.

Petition drive could force discrimination issue to city-wide vote in Lincoln
20.05.12
Signatures are being gathered in Lincoln to force an expansion of the city discrimination ordinance to a vote of the people.
The Lincoln City Council has approved expanding the discrimination ordinance to include sexual orientation and gender identity as protected classes.
Dave Bydalek with Family First Nebraska has charged that the council rushed the expansion through with little public discussion.
“Because it is really so broad in scope, all of the possible ramifications need to be fully addressed and fully considered before this becomes law,” Bydalek told Kevin Thomas on Nebraska Radio Network affiliate KLIN’s Drive Time Lincoln . “And that’s why we think that there needs to be a referendum to put this to a vote of the people.”
Political talk radio enthusiasts who were looking forward to hearing the dulcet tones of Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee (I) easing them through their daily commutes are going to be disappointed Tuesday, as Chafee has decided to eschew the format altogether, and will direct state employees to do the same.
The Providence Journal reports:
Chafee doesn't plan to spend his own time on talk radio, and he intends to ban state employees from spending their state work time talking on talk radio,...

My favorite National Monument, Mount Rushmore in South Dakota.
My favorite hour of the week I spend with Thomas Jefferson (aka Clay S. Jenkinson ). To go back into time to talk with one of our founding fathers is an experience that can not be described, but rather should be experienced by all. It’s a nationally syndicated radio program that models civil discourse, critical thinking and good citizenship. Matching poster, cards, postcards and postage stamps available.
