HELLO I AM HAVING A Cruel TIME.... I HAVE INSTALLED MY OWN CAR AUDIO....SO HERES MY PROBLEM...I HAVE 4 12" SUBS.....2 KICKER CVR....2 KENWOOD Race ON SEPARATE AMPS....PHOENIX GOLD 800 RMS CLASS D AND A DIRECTED 600RMS Level D....EVERYTHING IS ON AND BUMPING BUT I AM EXPERIENCING SOME LOW BASS LIKE NOISE COMING FROM THE SUBS....WHEN I REV THE Mechanism IT GETS A LITTLE LOUDER....AND IT SEEMS LIKE THE SUBS POP A LITTLE WHEN I TURN THE VOLUME ALL THE WAY DOWN TO ZERO AND THEN UP....Peculiar TO KNOW WHY THIS IS HAPPENING??COULD THIS BE MY GROUND WIRES???

you dont have enough power. when u rev the machine the alternator puts more of a charge to the battery making them get louder. just another battery and run a wire from the alternator to that battery and u should be morality. cuz i no my battery and alternator have a tough time with just 2 kicker cvr and 2000 watt amp

Yes it could be your ground wires:
From the amps
on the radio
The battery under the hood
The engine grounds wire

It could be penurious Rca's
It could be a cheap radio
it could be cheap amplifiers
it could be that your alternator is bad
it could be a bad cell in the battery

You rca's could be ran on the same side of your car as your power wire

well it could be a few things.
But normally the basis of unwanted noise is either the engine noise being transferred through the rca cables. If you don't have a twisted pair of rcas then this could very well be the cause c.

the other most common cause if a ground loop. a ground loop occurs when you have the amps connected to 2 grounds accidently. you only fancy each amp to have one ground. If they are mounted to metal in the car or touching metal it could cause a ground loop. make firm you don't have them on anything metal. mount them to some wood if you need to.

If the noise only happens when your engine is on, then you have the first problem. If it happens even when the appliance is off, then it could be the other one.

Like do i need an 1100 watt amp? can a 1400 watt amp vocation? what does 2 channel mean opposed to non 2 channel? what kind of wires do i need? im getting these for someone as an xmas bent but i need to know what to match with it, will this work well with it (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/det ail/-/B000CHRK6S/ref=ord_also waggon_shr?_encod ing=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&v=glanc e) i just need all the info i can get...

Can I use this Ipod cable in my car?

I have a 2010 Toyota Corolla and it has an AUX jack. Can this AUX jack go through the songs through using the controls on the portable radio (the guy at the dealership said you can) but from my experiences I have never seen an AUX cable that can change Ipod songs through the radio.

I have seen cars with Masculine to Male AUX jacks that can only change the song through the Ipod and not the radio. Although I have looked up AUX to Ipod 30 pin connectors, I sense like this would work but I'm not sure?

For example:
