Radio Globo and direct 36 began broadcasting on Monday, hours after the merits of Interim Management's President Roberto Micheletti has canceled an order restricting the constitutional guarantees such as self-documentation and editing power.

Also on Tuesday, a delegation met Micheletti ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya after negotiations to break the home of three months, the disaster has struck an old public stand-off.

Arturo Corrales, a member of the delegation Micheletti said he spoke with Mr. Zelaya "unofficially" because Saddam had some questions about the talks.He did not say what the two men discussed.

Delegation Zelaya accused the interim administration on Monday to hinder expansion by insisting that Congress and the Court Paramount be consulted on whether Zelaya can be restored. The court has already said Zelaya should not be allowed to re-emerge....
