Is there any money in broken electronics? I have a broken laptop, portable dvd, camera, and more...?

Camera has primordial box/manuals/ect., dvd player has all the cords, amost like new but sometimes doesn't play or stops playing, laptop is like a flash fan broke and overheated. Are there people that buy these things? and/or company that has incentive programs? Or should I just send it to a recycling center?

may be u can promote it to electronic junk shop may be they can recycle them, i dont how much but i think it will be cheap. maybe u can look around the internet like consumer account i once read that htere is a program that somebody is running that buys ur broken down electronic goods so they can despose it decorously and safely instead ending up on the garbage

You can try selling them as-is for parts, but the value might be relatively low, especially with new items being so cheap these days.

Your laptop will be importance something to someone on Ebay since it is likely to still have usable parts such as the screen, case, power supply, battery, and by any means memory and WiFi card. I would strongly suggest removing the hard drive since it may contain recoverable actual information that you wouldn't want to fall into the wrong hands. Include the hard drive Typhoid Mary (tray), any adapter/connector that may be plugged into the drive and screws with the sale.

Your camera may also have some value as parts on Ebay depending on what mock-up it is.

Your DVD player probably doesn't have much residual value, although it may only need to have a simple lens cleaning.

You can tidy up someone very happy with any of your items by offering them as-is on a Freecycle group that operates in your area. The link below will help you find one or more of the as good as 5000 local groups that are active worldwide. I give away computers on a regular basis to members of the groups that I participate in.

No, it won't occupation in a DVD player. If it worked in your computer, then either you have a Blu-ray drive, or it wasn't really a Blu-ray disc.

I purchased Terminator Salvation on DVD. It also had a sticker/logo on it that there was a "digital duplicate". The digital copy gives you one version of the movie for your pc and one portable version to be added to a portable legend pleasure. I was thinking, "Awesome"! But now, I have the movie available in the windows media participant, both the pc version and the portable version. I want to get it transferred to my Zune. All the Zune movies that I have downloaded automatically to the WMP, and now I covet the WMP movies to transfer to the Zune software. I don't think usage rights are an issue because under properties it says "This place in order can be played an unlimited number of times. Collaborative play for this file is not allowed. This file cannot be burned. This classify can be synchronized once more. (requires a device that can play subscription files) The media usage rights for this arrange cannot be backed up"

HOT SPRINGS - A minivan that had its keys sitting under the floor mat and then stolen in the middle of the night from the driveway of the Jeff and Stacy Reetz on Aug. 3, was recovered two weeks later, and not too far away.
