For this question, I am seeking an opinion from musically trained individuals who are familiar with at least one of the two instruments.
I am taking up music lessons, choosing either the violin or cello. Although I have read lots of answers provided in previous Yahoo! Answer questions, I am still not completely convinced on which one to choose. I have taken trial lessons for each instrument, and I love the portability of the violin, and the rich sound of the cello. However, I do still find the positioning of the cello a little awkward for me as I am a slightly bustier woman and I would need to rest the cello against my chest. With a male teacher, he's not very much help when it comes to working around the positioning issue. For the violin, I have a sibling who plays it and hopes we do not overlap on instruments.
I have considered compromising and going for the "best of both worlds", the viola. However, I was also told that sheet music for the viola is more difficult to come by. And so is an instructor (I found that out after a couple attempts).
At the current stage, I am torn between which instrument to pick, seeing as they are both beautiful. I was hoping that the answers provided would offer both the pros and cons of each instrument and why it would be an overall better choice.
I love a bargain as much as anyone and I used to love all the cheap stuff I could find on eBay, but nowadays it seems so hard to find anything cheap over there and just when we're all finding it tougher to just pay our bills. I don't give up so I was looking for someplace online where I could still find myself a bargain... and by accident I came across this site I never heard of before where you get rock bottom prices from police impounded stuff, I mean I was worried about scams but this stuff is actually real and I got some real cheap stuff there... it's become my new eBay lol! Ok, so I had this computer and had a comcast modem (motorolla) set up with it. Then, for a while, I couldn't use that computer for which the modem was set up, so I started using a different computer (by the way, there are both laptops) I connected the modem with a ethernet cord. However, for the first few days no matter how much i restarted the computer, there was only a local area connection and it couldn't get online (and i did everythin i could, switched to local area connection etc etc diagnosed problems etc) but, one day, i tried it again. I connected the modem to the laptop, restarted it, and viola! It just magically worked.
Now I got the first laptop back. I unconnected the ethernet from my 2nd laptop and plugged it into the first laptop. Same problem now. Only local area, and it doesn't connect. I restarted the modem, and the computer, still nothing.
What is that magical thing that happened when I connected the ethernet to my 2nd laptop and it finally connected?

Yes, like Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Dvorak, Hindemith, Mendelssohn loved composers and played the viola. Although several players, including the honoured violinist distinguished violin, Nicolò Paganini played the viola, and even some pre-eminent violinist show their aggrandizement for the viola to margin.
It's due that until 20 Century, it was trend, a full-perpetually viola unaccompanied, and we must also say thatplay the viola is physically exacting than the violin mate. The violin is more favourite to be the Thespian of fireworks, so why disturbance? Many moral recognized her looker, though, and played from convenience life to on one occasion and also wrote works for her.
There were two outstanding exceptions, between the mid-18th Century and the mid-19th Century, two composers who were known in her every so often old-fashioned as a dazzling viola: the Unconforming Carl Stamitz, a go abroad in the firstVirtuoso and Alessandro Rolla, also conductor at the Teatro La Scala in Milan for over thirty years.
