Like can I clone event Jirachi without hacking? or TRU Arceus? When I go to the GTS I can't clone them because they are holding a special ribbon but is there another way to clone them?

Jane performed an experiment to try and confirm the law of conservation of mass using the reaction of copper (II) sulfate with magnesium ribbon.
Mass of beaker and copper sulfate= 47.3 g
Mass of magnesium ribbon = 4.2 g
Mass after reaction= ?
a) what would you expect the mass of the beaker and its contents to be after the reaction? Why?
b) The actual mass measured was slightly less than expected. What sources of error might have affected the measurements ?
