Hey, I have a guitar, and I have had it for a few months, and I still don't know a single song on it. What's an easy song to learn on the guitar? Something modern would be nice, but i don't mind classical music either, although i prefer playing indivial notes instead of learning chords.
The easiest songs to learn are just chords, but those can be pretty easy. Horse with No Name is only two chords and they are very simple chords. Free Fallin'(Tom Petty) is another song that uses 4 of the most basic and important chords to play.

I want to update my iPhone 3G to the most recent OS but the 2 prior instances I updated my iPhone I lost all of my music & had to buy it all over again. I don't know what I am doing wrong. When I am doing a backup, iTunes shows my music being uploaded to the computer but later when I go to redownload my music to the iPhone after the OS update the music is gone. My current OS Version is 3.1.2. I have called Apple support about this both times & all they can tell me is to Google instructions.
NOTE: No one has done any changes to iTunes between the time I uploaded my music & when I tried to put it back on my iPhone. The songs just seem to just vanish!
My neighbors of three years, whom I have never actually met, called animal control on me, stating I kicked my dog (I did not). I believe this is in retaliation for me calling the cops on them due to their loud music at 2 am the previous night. Because they signed their complaint, I now have to go to court and defend my innocence against these allegations. The animal control officer who came to serve me and check up on my dog didn't seem to take their concerns terribly seriously (he said that he'd make sure to note in his report that my dog is healthy, well fed, and uninjured in any way) but wasn't able to give me much info on how to defend myself. He simply said that "it's the judge's job" to figure it out.
I'm a vet tech. I take these allegations VERY seriously, because not only would I NEVER do that, but I could (and probably would) lose my career if the judge decides in favor of my wackadoo neighbor.
Does my neighbor even have to show up for court, or just me? What can I do to help prove my innocence?
BTW - the dog in question is a 140 lb Great Dane. I've paid over 4K in the past four years of her life to care for her, she has her own queen sized bed in my house, and I'm the kind of wacky dog owner who has professional pictures taken of myself and my dogs to send people at Christmas. I have no idea what on earth my neighbor told Animal Control, but this whole situation is nuts.
I also really want to know if my neighbor has to show up for this.
and if I had the money for a lawyer, I'd be asking them.

hello case, sorry if i spelled your name wrong. but i just cant stop thinking of you, i don't mean to sound creepy but i just cant stop thinking about you " your beautiful smile, and your eyes, they are the most beautiful eyes i ever seen i couldn't stop thinking of them scene the first time i saw theme, there as beautiful as a Sunday sun set even more beautiful then that. and i seen a lot of eyes lol but not as beautiful as yours. i know we don't talk a lot and you don't know me that well, but here's some things about me that you may want to know i like to wright (as you can see lol) read, and i play guitar, don't really watch a lot of TV, mustily i listen to music , sure i hang out with friend but not a lot or all day but I'll cut to the point which is way I'm writhing this , what the point is that i want to ask your one thing only just one thing, that if you would like to go out.? (GASP!) i know this may sound so unexpectedly but i just cant stop thinking about you "no one is as beautiful as you" and i know I'm probably not the first person to ask you out, because who could resist those eyes.? i don't mean non of this to sound weird in anyway I'm not like that. i know that your probably like"wow" and have have goosebumps but that well go away in about a minute or two lol.
you know me with out you i would not know what to live for, i wouldn't care what would happen to me. there would be noting left for me to do in life.i would just love to have your company nest to me.
