When I plug my ipod in (80 gb classic, the newest version of the classic. its about 2 years old or so) an error comes up saying something like "would you like to scan and fix or continue without scanning". This is normal, and has always done this. I always click "continue without scanning" and then itunes recognizes the ipod, syncs it, and I move on with my life. However, lately, when I plug it in, 9 times out of 10, the error box won't even come up. and when it does and I click continue, no iPod is detected, and iTunes freezes. When I unplug it, for about 1 second, the ipod comes up in itunes, then a message comes up saying "Can't sync cuz its unplugged... blah blah blah" any suggestions?
and for some reason, the ipod reset a bunch of settings on its own. Although my music stayed on it, it had me select a language, and all of the settings are changed such as the clicker when i move the wheel, and the menu options... this thing is weird...

I was looking at songs with two iTunes open and then I accidently dragged one into my music and now it says the name of the song, has a little plus in a box, the price to buy, a button to buy and the rest is normal as if I owned the song. If you click it, it plays the preview of 30 seconds. I cant delete this how do I get rid of it, I will send you a screen shot so you can see what I mean if you, email me, or give me your email.
