What format do I need to convert mp3 music into for my burned CDs to play in a regular boom box?

I tried blazing a CD-R in Itunes using mp3 format music. The problem is, the CD will only play in my computer or my new stereo, not an older boombox. What format do I miss to convert the music into for my CD to play in all stereos?

Do they make MP3 boomboxes with flash memory slots?

I have an MP3-CD boombox that was made in 2001, but I'm wondering if they form any that accept flash memory cards. I can only fit 180 songs onto a CD, but I could get thousands on a flash memory be forthright. I know they make some that are designed to be used with an iPod, but I don't have an iPod, and have no intentions of buying any Crapple products. I lack one that works directly with a card.

So I have a crumb addon that worked great with my 4th generation ipod. It connected to the part where you plug the ipod into your computer, and the other side connected to my boombox stereo (red and wan plugs). But now, when I plug my 5th generation ipod into the cord, it plays on the iPod's speakers instead of through my boombox. I tried plugging my headphones in, but it still doesn't stake though to my boombox. Is there any way I can turn the speakers on my ipod off so itll play on my boombox instead? Thank you! I hope that made sense.

HIP HOP MUSIC FROM A MOVIE, ANY MOVIE PLEASEEEE?

i'm a choreographer and call to choose a hip hop song, or two, or three for a piece. the only catch is that the song(s) need to be from a movie soundtrack.... and at least recognizable within that film over (not background music being played on a boombox for 12 seconds in scene 3 haha) I'm looking for somehting with a complex hitting beat, no pop music

any suggestions??? please post the movie's name as well, since i have to credit it in the program
